Premium Living
Development of a corporate identity for Premium Living Real Estate, an agency operating in Dubai’s investment real estate sector. The goal was to create a clean, technological, and premium visual identity that reflects a modern approach to property investment, precision, and the aesthetics of high-end living, while avoiding excessive opulence.
Concept
The brand’s visual language is based on the principles of elegant simplicity and technological precision. A minimalist logo with custom typography conveys a professional yet boutique approach.
Logo Solutions
Two complementary logo versions were developed for Premium Living Real Estate:
1. Full version — the complete name with precise typography.
2. Monogram — a concise "PL" symbol, retaining brand recognition and adaptable for uses from icons to large signage.

Both share a unified graphic style, ensuring consistent brand communication.
Typography
The logo’s typography is a key element of the brand’s visual identity. The custom typeface evokes the look and feel of a high-end glossy magazine, where every letter is a carefully crafted design element. This approach also sets the brand apart, distinguishing it from the broader real estate market.
Brand Fonts
To ensure cohesive visual communication, two typefaces were selected that complement each other and harmonize with the logo’s typography.
Brand Colors
The brand’s color palette is intentionally simple yet confident, consisting primarily of two colors — deep graphite and light gray — which define the core style. An accent coral is also included but used sparingly and with care (in a small percentage) to preserve the brand’s overall aesthetic.
Brand Vibrancy
The vibrancy of the visual identity is driven by photo and video content, which sets the overall mood across all mediums.
